Fated to become Kunoichi - Reborn in rage to become an Avenger
Zi is nervous from expectations, not only the ones she put on herself but that of her parents. This is her first year attending New York University, the school from which her mother graduated as a Valor Victorian. She feels that she needed to prove to herself and to her parents that their belief in her is well place.
Disembarking from the plane into the gate area of the terminal, she goes to gather her suitcases and call a cab. On her way to the baggage area, she notices that there is a disturbance just ahead.
"Police, stop right there!" A man in his mid-twenties is being chase by two police officers. Suddenly, a conflict occurs in her mind for her mother taught that it is everybody's civic duty to help officials out when ever possible. In addition, from her stepfather she learned to keep a low profile and hide her abilities. She is determined to help in a way that satisfies both of her lessons. As the man is coming into her vicinity, she puts her hands in a loose fist on each of her cheekbones to act scare. When he is about to pass her, she knows her close environment and all movement within even with her eyes shut so she moves to bury her teary eyes in her fists. She cowls her head down, twists the top portion of her body slightly away from him while sliding her foot out so she can trip him in such a way it looks accidental. The suspect falls flat on his face.
"Don't move, hands on your back!", the two police officers quickly are able to be upon the man and make the arrest before he is able to get up. The incident was over. One of the officers is concern about what he perceives to be the scared woman who accidentally helps them apprehend the suspect. He turns to her. He barely touches her. She jumps a little and starts to plead.
"Noooooo, Please don't hurt me", while pulling away and crying, knowing it is the police officer. His hand pops up off of her almost regretting that he is checking on her. Stun that she is scare of him, he is not sure of what he is to do. He then tries to reassure her that she is safe.
"I'm a police officer; I'm here to protect you."
"Are you alright miss?” gently putting his hand on the back of her shoulder to offer some comfort, as the other officer is handcuffing the man.
"Wha what" She is pretending to be getting over being scare.
"Are you alright?"
"Ye ye yes yes I am, tha that was scary wasn't it?"
"Yes it was, but you're alright?"
"What did he do?"
